With every delivery method you choose, we always take responsibility up to the point of delivery, i.e. if your parcel goes missing or the contents are damaged, we will replace the affected items at no cost to you.

We currently offer three methods of delivery:

  • Courier.These are door-to-door services. The delivery address must be a physical address, and cannot be a post office box. Someone will need to be available at the address to receive the delivery. Deliveries are made during business hours from Monday to Friday. We currently offer three courier options.
    • Priority courier. In main centres, this will reach you the next business day after we ship your order.
    • Standard courier. In main centres, this will reach you within 1- 2 business days after we ship your order.
    • Economy courier. In main centres, this will reach you within 1 - 3 business days after we ship your order.

Main centres include properties within a 50km radius of the major cities in South Africa. If you're not in a main centre, it may take a few days longer. We do not deliver by courier to plots, farms, mines, military bases, major chain stores, power stations, game reserves and lodges, airports or harbours, and should your delivery address fall into one of these categories you will be liable for the extra costs incurred in delivering or returning the parcel.

  • Pargo- Click and Collect.  Powered by Pargo, Loot can now deliver to 2600 pick up points nationwide. Pargo offers the option to collect your parcels at the closest pick up point to you. Once your order has been shipped, your parcel should be ready for collection within 2-5 business days, however, Pargo will notify you via sms and/or email when it is at your chosen Pargo pick up point. Please note, currently we only offer this option for parcels that are under 7kgs. 
  • Collection. You can also collect your parcel from our Thuli’s Empire headoffice office in Johannesburg.  For directions to our office, click here

Please Note: Our office hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm, and we're open for collections on Saturday from 8:30am to 1pm. We're not open on Sundays or public holidays. We don't charge for delivery if you choose to collect.

Delayed / Cancelled Orders

Most orders are dispatched on time but unfortunately, unexpected delays can occur and we may not be able to dispatch items within the schedule provided.  Items can run out of stock or be discontinued without warning, and we may not be able to fulfil orders for that item.  We will do our best to keep you informed of any unexpected delays, stock shortages or discontinued items.

If we are not able to dispatch or deliver an item to you within the schedule provided, you may refuse a delivery, cancel your order or return the parcel to us, and we shall refund you in full.

Agreement of Sale / Cancellations

An order is placed with us only after you have clicked on the [Pay for this order] button. Your order is an offer to purchase the goods from us. We only accept your offer once we have dispatched the goods or you have collected them from us. We do not need to communicate our acceptance to you.

Placing an item in your cart does not constitute an order and we cannot be held liable if the item is no longer available, or if the price has changed by the time the checkout process is completed.

We reserve the right to cancel an order at any point in time without giving any reasons. In this case, we shall be liable to refund any money already paid in respect of that order.

Please note that our website will show an item as being available even if only one unit is available to purchase. If you order multiple units of the same item, we may not be able to supply additional units at the same price, within the same time frame, or in some cases, at all. Please contact us to check availability of multiple units prior to placing an order.

Should you wish to cancel all or part of an order, please send your cancellation request to info@thulisempire.co.za. Please note, however, that we may not be able to cancel items from an order if they have already been dispatched by our suppliers.
